This is a new generation overdraft facility in which has features of Term Loan & Overdraft Facility. DOD are best suited for Manufactures, traders & retailers where customer has good cash flows on day to day basis as its cost effective in that case. This facility is provided upto a period of 15 years where the drawing power of the borrower is reduced on month on month basis & interest is charged on effective utilization on day to day basis. Dropline overdraft need do not have a yearly renewal charge but it has a one time nominal processing fee.
