Under this segment loan is provided against future rent receivable from commercial property/ industrial property/ warehousing / godown leased out to corporate/ MNC on long term lease. Emi will be received out of the rents receivable every month. This credit facility can also be provided for acquiring / purchase of commercial leased property on the basis of future rent to be received by the prospective buyer.
